The MY COACH program: Introduction
This program is targeted at anyone who wants to know why they are experiencing situations
in life that are not working out for them. MY COACH is for people who want to know
why they are not succeeding, and what they can do about it.
To obtain the answer, you must focus on the question. The answer you receive at
the end of the process will explain why you find yourself in this situation, how
you can release yourself from the block, where the block is lodged inside your body,
and how long it will take for the block to be resolved – assuming of course that
you attack the problem on a daily basis.
Remember: the solution offered by MY COACH relates only to the issue you raised.
It does not relate to other areas of your life. It’s important to remember too that
this solution is very personal and is exclusive to you – it is not relevant to anyone
else.
MY COACH lets you receive a solution not just for an already-existing problem, but
also lets you check whether there is any block in the system that has not yet materialized.
This allows you to get rid of a block that could emerge in the future.
How To Use MY COACH
- After you choose the topic you wish to analyze, enter your question in the appropriate
box.
- If you wish, you can simply think about the problem – without writing it down.
The result will be identical in both cases.
- The advantage of writing down the problem is that in the future when you work
on yourself, you will be able to remember what you asked, and you will be able to
track any changes in the situation.
- On the next screen, choose one pentagon (5-sided geometric shape) that represents
the block that is creating the problem.
- Occasionally, at this problem identification stage, you may receive a message
that there is no block. If this happens, the program will still suggest how you
can improve your success in this area.
- On the next screen, you will be asked to choose 3 pentagons that represent the
solution.
- On the next screen, you receive a detailed explanation.
- On the right, the closest pentagon explains the precise characteristics of the
block (if a block has been identified.) Click on the pentagon, and an information
window will open.
- On the left, you will see 3 pentagons. The closest shows you what new thought
will help you overcome the block. The middle pentagon tells you to which area of
your life you should direct this thought. The last pentagon explains what you need
to do in order to make the block disappear.
- The entire process appears on the last screen, including the geometric shapes
that represent the resolution of the problem, an explanation of the solution, and
how to implement the self-help. In time, regular implementation will make the problem
go away.
- When you have finished, you can download and save the solution on your own PC,
laptop or netbook. If you decide to print out the page, remember that it must be
a color printout. If you use a black and white printer, the solution will
not work.
